PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information offering system, capable of easily offering information related with a broadcast program by relating it with the broadcast program. SOLUTION: An information offering system 10 is provided with a control center 12 and a displayed device 14. The control center 12 is provided with a program information receiving part 16 for receiving program information related with the broadcast schedule of a broadcast program, a related information inputting part 20 for inputting related information to be offered, in correlation with the broadcast program, a reference table generating part 24 for generating a reference table which relates the broadcast program to the related information, and a transmitting part 28 for transmitting the program information, the related information, and the reference table. The display device 14 is provided with a receiving part 30 for receiving the program information, the related information, and the reference table and an information offering part 34 for offering the related information to a user, by relating it with the broadcast program on the basis of the reference table and the program information.
