PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bright-annealing method of copper or a copper alloy, by which the discoloration of the bright-annealed copper or the copper alloy can be suppressed without using a dehumidifier chamber, even in the case a discoloring preventive, such as BTA can not be used due to the shape and the like. SOLUTION: An oxidized film having a high environment cutoff effect is formed on the surface of an annealed material by blasting dry air on to the bright-annealed material.
