PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably operate a two-wire type telephone terminal in spite of an adverse condition through the use of only power source capacity obtained from a telephone line. SOLUTION: The line selection device is provided with an electrolytic capacitor 32 for charging a feeble current obtained from the telephone line 2 when the line 2 is opened as high voltage power source VB. When a dial pulse signal is transmitted from a telephone terminal 4, the high voltage power source VB is supplied to the terminal 4 from a power feeding control circuit 33 via a terminal power feeding circuit 12 and a terminal line 3 in the break period of the dial pulse signal.
