PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a net connecting device by which a malfunction which occurs in a telephone set connected to an analog port is prevented while reducing a cost in the net connecting device which is connected to a digital line and provided with a port for connecting an analog terminal. SOLUTION: The device is characterized by providing an incoming request detecting means for detecting an incoming request from the digital line, a detecting means for detecting that the incoming request detected by the detecting means is the one for the analog terminal and a step wave generating means for generating a step wave for ringing the analog terminal connected to the port.
