PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity and reduce the manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: This rotor 100 and the manufacturing method thereof comprise an internal magnetic sheet track body 10 fitted on a rotating shaft 2, external magnetic sheet stack 20 disposed on the outside thereof, a plurality of permanent magnets 30 inserted between the internal and external magnetic sheet stacks, and a plurality of clearances storing non-magnetic substances 40, where both axial end surfaces of the internal magnetic sheet stack 10, each of the permanent magnets 30, each of the external magnetic sheet stacks 20, and each of the clearances are covered with the layers of the molten non-magnetic substance 40, and each of the clearance is filled with the non-magnetic substance 40, so as to be integrated with each of the layers.
