<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mail system that releases an operator of a client unit from operations of encryption and decoding corresponding to a destination and a sender of a mail. SOLUTION: The mail system 1 retrieves information relating to encryption corresponding to a destination from an encryption table stored in an encryption table storage section 16 in a storage section 15 stored by a sender and a destination of a mail received from client units 3, 5. Then the mail is encrypted by using an encryption system and an encryption key instructed by the information with respect to the obtained encryption. Furthermore, the sender and the destination are specified by the encrypted mail sent to the a mail system 1 from the outside of a network system 8, and the information with respect to decoding corresponding to the sender is retrieved from the decoding table stored in a decoding table storage section 17. Then the mail is decoded by using the encryption system and the encryption key instructed by the information with respect to the obtained decoding and the decoded mail is distributed to the destination.</p> |
