<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand-over processing unit and a hand-over processing method in an IMT-2000 system by which hand-over can quickly and efficiently be conducted to eliminate waste of resources. SOLUTION: The hand-over processing unit of this invention includes an ILS-M (IMT-2000 Line Subsystem Mobility) means configuring an interface with a control station and a test interface with an analog subscriber, a connection means (ICS) that is connected to the ILS-M means, has a buffer and conducts an asynchronous transfer mode(ATM) cell switch function having a non-blocking common memory structure, and a relay means (ILS-T) that is connected to the connection means (ICS), configures a relay line interface and aids the non-connection type service.</p> |
