PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute a decentralized object from a client device which does not have a decentralized object executing function while increasing the flexibility and convenience of the execution of the object. SOLUTION: A list of decentralized objects that a Web server 7 can use on a server device 2 by communicating with a Web client 9 capable of executing none of decentralized objects on the server 2 is presented, and a gateway program 8 executes a decentralized object selected by the Web client 9 substitutively based on the presented list and informs the Web client of the execution result of the decentralized object having been executed substitutively.
