PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow even the disabled to reliably and also visually grasp a process state position from the shape of forming without failing in a short cut input operation with respect to a type where the operation range of keys is hard to handle among many short cut input operations by using a forming tool of a characteristic of making up a needed key position shape and coinciding with it in the key board input operation procedures of a personal computer. SOLUTION: A key arrangement shape part (1) of a forming which is needed on the input operation of the keyboard and makes up the arrangement position shape of each key and coinciding with it is make, the part (1) is provided with a key pressing projecting part (2) of a projecting shape for pressing only each key necessary to a short cut function, the short cut input operation tool composed of those configurations is provided with a handle (3) making the tool convenient, and the name character (4) of each key is further displayed on the surface part of the part (1) to be convenient.
