CHAIN BELT FOR POWER TRANSMISSION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the loss in power transmission and reduce surface pressure applied to a connecting pin while holding the flexibility of a whole chain. SOLUTION: A lot of inside links 2 having a pair of pin holes 22 are superimposed in the plate thickness direction and the longitudinal direction and connected together by connecting pins 3 inserted in the pin holes 22 so that a chain belt 1 is constituted. The connecting pin 3 is constituted of a center pin 31 arranged in the center of the pin hole 22 and having the curved faces 31c in the both ends are abutted on a pulley friction face 5, and a pair of locker pins 32 arranged in both sides of the center pin 31 in the pin hole 22 and having shorter length than the center pin 31. An outside link 4 is arranged outside the inside link 2 arranged in the outermost side and a stepped part 31b of the center pin 31 is press-fixed in a pair of pin holes 42 formed in the outside link 4.
