Described is a collapsible shipping and display rack. The rack (10) has: At least four vertical corner posts (14), Two opposing center columns (12) between two of the vertical posts, One or more rectangularly-shaped shelves (18). The shelves have corners which are pivotally mounted to one of the posts and their rear left and right corners are pivotally mounted to one of the columns. The rack is movable, and in the collapsed mode the shelves are oriented vertically. A strut (60) is adjustably mounted to the columns and is itself collapsible.
