摘要 |
PURPOSE: To provide a signal transmission bus system that attains high-speed signal transmission which has no EMI, by suppressing fluctuations of a power supply level and a ground level without relying on path control. CONSTITUTION: A driver circuit 3 has driver transistors(TRs) 13, 14, that are conductive when a transmission input signal TS is at a high level, to form a current path to supply a signal complementary to a pair signal transmission line 1 and that are not conductive, when the transmission input signal TS is at a low level to stop supplying the complementary signal, and has a short circuit TR 15 that is conductive, when the transmission input signal TS is at a low level to form a current path bypassing the current path, through which the complementary signal is supplied and that is nonconductive when the transmission input signal TS is at a high level to short circuit the current path bypassing the current path, through which the complementary signal is supplied. The on-resistance value of the short circuit TR 15 is selected to be nearly equal to the sum of the ON-resistance of the driver TRs 13, 14, a DC resistance of signal transmission lines 1a, 1b and the resistance of a termination resistor 2. |
