A self-destructing safety syringe includes a needle (1), a needle holder (2), a needle sleeve (14), a rubber piston (8) and a plunger (10). There is a pierce cone (17) with stem (18) on the back end of the needle holder and there is an elastic collet (9) on the front-end of the plunger, the rubber piston is a hollow cylinder, which is installed on the elastic collet and has a film region (7) on the surface towards the pierce cone.
