<p>The present invention provides a method for producing antibody fragments that discriminate between native and activated vitronectin, which can be used as markers of angiogenesis. Also provided are antibodies and peptides comprising said fragments, and therapeutic methods, particularly related to targeting for antibody-mediated antivascular cancer therapy and inhibiting the adhesion and migration of tumor-endothelial cells and platelets.</p> |
