The support includes a base plate (20), a front contact member (21) mounted towards the front of the support and a rear contact member (22) mounted towards the rear of the support. In use, a wheel (24) is positioned on the base plate. At leaset one of the contact members is moved, preferably pivoted so the contact members contact the wheel and are secured to hold the wheel in place.
