PURPOSE: A method for grinding inner walls of a drug tank is provided to maintain the degree of purity of stored drugs by minimizing the gush of metal components from the inner walls of the drug tank. CONSTITUTION: First, inner wall of the drug tank is grinded by a buff grinder. Next, the inner wall is grinded by an electrolytic grinding manner by using an electrolytic solution and a jig for the electrolytic grinding manner. Then, an oxide membranes are formed by reacting 20% nitric acid solution on a surface of the inner wall. Next, a little acid component is neutralized by 2% neutralization solution. Accordingly, usage amount of the high purity detergent can be reduced and the cleaning time is also shortened.
