PURPOSE: A high-performance gas dissolving apparatus is provided to greatly enhance gas dissolving efficiency and maintaining the dissolving efficiency by dissolving once-dissolved gas again through a bottleneck phenomenon between funnel and reverse funnel. CONSTITUTION: Waster is flown in from top of a gas dissolving apparatus(1). The gas dissolving apparatus(1) comprises a container(10); a funnel(20) which separates the container(10) into upper and lower parts and has a vent(40); a connector(50) which is located at the bottom of the funnel(20); and a reverse funnel(30) which is joined to the connector(50).
