The pump (12) has a rising pipe (3) with a lower end near the container base. An element (8) between rising pipe and inner container wall (7) bends the pipe into a position, in which it is at an angle relative to the longitudinal axis of the container neck. The element is rotary-symmetrical and wedge or cone-shaped, and is formed by a nose extending in radial direction. Alternatively, it may be formed by a sleeve, and is esp. clamped to the rising pipe. The element is an injection-molded plastic part.
