The invention relates to a continuous process of preparing acetone-azine, comprising the absorption of ammonia in a homogeneous mixture of methanol, acetone, acetonitrile and acetic acid, at temperatures of up to 10 degree C, the short-time proportioning of the 20% oxygenated water in the reactant mixture resulting from the absorption process, brought to a temperature of -17...10 degree C. The continuous process of preparing acetone-azine is performed at the temperature of 20...30 degree C for one hour, later at 45...48 degree C for 12...16 hours.
