The device for the automatic load control is meant to be employed in the lower limb posttraumatic and postsurgical recovery process and is characterized in that it allows a precise dosing of the rest on the affected lower limb. The control device comprises a pressure sensor (7) whose signals are processed by an amplifying transducer device (8) which transmits said signals to a warning device. The claimed device is adjusted according to the doctor's instructions.
