PURPOSE: Polyorganosilsesquioxanes and their preparation method are provided, to improve the crystallinity of laddered structure, thereby to improve the heat stability, the gap filling capability and to reduce the permittivity, the absorptivity and the thermal expansion coefficient. CONSTITUTION: The polyorganosilsesquioxanes are represented by the formula 1, 2 or 3, wherein R1 and R3 are independent each other and are H, a substituted or unsubstituted aliphatic hydrocarbon group of C1-C30, a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic hydrocarbon group of C1-C30, a substituted or unsubstituted cyclic hydrocarbon group of C1-C30, a substituted or unsubstituted silyl group of C1-C30, a substituted or unsubstituted allyl group of C1-C30, a substituted or unsubstituted acyl group of C1-C30, a vinyl group, an amine group, an acetate group or an alkali metal; l is an integer of 2-300,000 and a multiple of 2; and m and n are independent each other and are an integer of 2-300,000. The polyorganosilsesquioxanes of the formula 1, 2 or 3 are prepared by polycondensation of the compound of the formula 4 in an organic solvent (See the reaction scheme).
