PURPOSE: A timing signal generating circuit is provided to solve the problem that the conventional timing signal generating circuit being large in circuit scale, since many input phases are selected by using a phase selector circuit, etc., and hardly generates a high-precision timing signal due to phase error or jitters. CONSTITUTION: A phase composing circuit(5), which composes periodic timing waveforms(CK) having their phases controlled with a control signal on the basis of 3 or more than out-of-phase input signals, is equipped with a weight signal generating means which generates weights corresponding to the control signal and a weighting means, so as to give the weights of the positive or negative polarity to the input signal. |
