The supplementary device (23) is supported on one of the several components completing the vehicle frame and includes a holder to work with several of the components, being made up of a second section (22) running off the first part (21). One of the frame components is curved and this is repeated by the first part (21) of the holder or, if the component is circular so the part (21) is similarly circular. When out of tension this first holder part (21) is slightly smaller in diameter than the associated frame component and is designed from flexible material. The holder can work with the frame component in friction, using co-operating positioners (21a) on holder part (21) and frame component. The positioners include a projection (21b) and allotted component recess.
