<p>The electro-magnetic or electro-hydraulic valve control arrangement has preferably several electro-magnetic actuators (5-8) fixed on a common support connected to the cylinder head (1) and via which a coolant is introduced. Above the cylinder head is a closed chamber (2), in which the actuators of at least part of the inlet and outlet valves (3,4) are fitted. The closed chamber is outwardly closed by a cover (11), which at least partly is circulated by a coolant with lower temperature level than engine oil or engine cooling water. The chamber is heat-insulated (12) in relation to the cylinder head. The cylinder head at the top is formed as a trough (10), which can be heat-insulated.</p> |
