The present invention relates to tetrahydronaphtalene derivatives, to compositions comprising the compounds and their use in therapy, e.g. in the treatment and/or prevention of type 1 and type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular diseases associated with diabetes. A compound of Formula (I) wherein R<1> is H, C1-6-alkyl or phenyl which is optionally substituted with halogen, methoxy or C1-6-alkyl; and R<2>-C-R<3> together forms a C3-6-cycloalkyl group; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
