PURPOSE: To absorb a difference in parallelism between the axis of a ball screw shaft and an axis of a ball rolling groove provided in a guide rail. CONSTITUTION: A ball screw nut 86 screwed on the ball screw shaft 16 is removably retained on a screw guide member 94 finely displaced in a recessed part 132 of a slider 14 striding on a guide rail 12, and a mover 100 is provided substantially at right angles to the axial length of the ball screw shaft 16, one side being connected to the screw guide member 94 and the other side being slidably fitted to the slider 14. |
