The invention relates to a seasoning mixture containing a liquefiable fat fo r use in the food industry. The inventive seasoning mixture contains salt in a n amount of approximately 15 to 67 wt.- %, based on the weight of the seasonin g mixture. The invention further relates to a seasoning mixture that contains salt in an amount of approximately 15 to 67 wt.- %, based on the weight of t he seasoning mixture, in which the liquefiable agent is selected from the group consisting of hydrocolloids, gelatin, emulsifiers and carbohydrates. Once th e seasoning mixture is applied to the food to be seasoned, it solidifies and forms an even solid layer. |
