PURPOSE: Provided are a linear or cyclic urea, its enantiomer, its hydrate, its solvate, and addition salts thereof with a pharmaceutically acceptable acid. Also, their manufacturing method and a pharmaceutical composition containing them is provided. CONSTITUTION: The compound is represented by the formula(1), wherein V is a single bond or the like; M is a single bond or the like; A and E are each a nitrogen atom or the like; W is a group of formula(i), (ii) or (iii). In the formulae (i), (ii) and (iii), G1, G2 and G3 are defined as in the description; T is a fused phenyl group or a fused pyridyl group; R1 is hydrogel atom, linear or branched (C1-C6)alkyl group or aryl group; R2a and R2b are the same or different and defined as in the description; R3 is aryl or hetero-A group defined as in the description, and each group can be substituted or unsubstituted; Y is aryloxy, heteroaryloxy or heteroaryl-B group defined as in the description, and each group can be substituted or unsubstituted.
