The method for anchoring a machine to the floor (3) comprises: (a) casting a floor with casing pipes (4) and anchor plates (2); (b) cutting the pipes so that they are 1000 mm, including plastic cap, above the floor;(c) inserting bolts (1); (d) fitting sealing rings (11) over them, with washers (10) below them; (e) screwing the machine feet (5) in place and fixing with nuts (17); (h) adjusting the position of the machine and tightening the nuts; and (i) casting material over the foot.
