The micro valve has a valve needle (20) movably mounted for opening and closing a valve opening, a piezo-actuator (30) for driving the valve needle and an actuation element (40) that transfers movement caused by the piezo-actuator to the valve needle. A mechanical lever element (50) couples the actuation element to the valve needle so that a displacement conversion occurs between the actuation element and valve needle. Independent claims are also included for the following: an injection method and a lever element for force transfer between an actuator and a displaceable element.
