The device has a number of bar-shaped traction elements (5) located next to each other, with a hook (6) at one end, and a stop (7), acting in direction of pull, at the other end. The elements are moveable in longitudinal direction, they are identical, and are held non-turnable. The initial position of at least one, pref. all elements is adjustable. The position is defined by the stop, and the elements are spring-loaded in this position. The device has a bracket-shaped grip (1) and the elements are held in a crossbar (4) of the grip.
