PURPOSE: Provided is a liquid or powder water repellent and anti-corrosive composition containing fluorine resin which is used in concrete or mortar composition for building and protects from weathering and corrosion to keep the good appearance and long life of the building. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises fluorine resin such as polychlorotrifluoroethylene(PCTFE) or polyvinylidenefluoride(PVDF), copper, nickel, titanium powder in a weight ratio of 1 : 1-5 : 0.5-2 : 1-5 and one additive selected from a silane water repellent, an aqueous polymer compound and a surfactant. |
