PURPOSE: A wet vessel for ginseng is provided to prevent a liquid from flowing along a sidewall and to mount a grip for carrying the vessel easily. CONSTITUTION: A wet vessel(10) for making ginseng red brown includes a hanging band covering a protrusion sill(10a) protruded in a radial direction at the upper end, and a couple of grips(12) mounted at the hanging band. The hanging band is bent to both ends and positioned at both ends of each grip. The hanging band has a first and a second semi-band(11a,11b) having blades forming plural through holes(11c). The wet vessel includes an additional flexible band(13) mounted outside an inlet of the vessel, having a sill for preventing water from flowing through the sidewall of the vessel. When medical herbs are boiled down in the vessel by infrared rays from an infrared generator, the vessel is separated from a heater by the grip. Then, the extract is poured into another vessel. Herein, the extract flows into the vessel directly without flowing through the sidewall of the vessel(10). |
