PURPOSE: A method for preparing lacquer and its apparatus are provided, to obtain lacquer with high purity, high gloss and high transparency massively. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of stirring large lumps of raw lacquer to obtain small lumps of lacquer; heating lumps of lacquer with stirring; centrifuging the heated one and filtering only the fine particles; and pressing the fine lacquer particle with a roller to pulverize the lacquer. The apparatus comprises a stirrer for stirring and heating raw lacquer; a centrifugal machine; and a pulverizer for pulverizing lacquer by using a roller. The stirrer comprises a cylindrical inner case for putting raw lacquer in; a stirring rod with a plurality of holes, for stirring lacquer with the rotation power from a motor; and a motor. The centrifugal machine comprises a centrifugation tank; a lower tank for keeping the centrifuged lacquer; and a heating plate which is inserted between the double outer walls of the lower tank and heats the lower tank. The pulverizer comprises two or more rollers; a guide which is installed in both sides of the roller and protects the outflow of lacquer adhered to the rollers; a motor for transmitting the rotation power to the rollers; and a rotation speed changing machine which makes the rotation speed of a roller at an exit be larger than that of a roller at an entrance. |
