PURPOSE: A method for cooking rice put into a rice bowl is provided to reduce rice cooking and serving time in the bowl and serve improved taste of cooked rice. CONSTITUTION: The method includes the following steps of: (i) putting rice or soaked rice in water into the rice bowl and pouring a fixed amount of water into the bowl; (ii) covering the rice bowl with the cover; (iii) placing a fixed height of support having holes at the bottom of rice cooker and filling the support with water; (iv) stacking a plurality of rice bowls on the support in the cooker; (v) heating the cooker by adjusting the heating condition according to the kind of the rice cooker. |
