ENZYME IMMUNO ASSAY OF MALARIA BY DETECTING MALARIA SPECIFIC IMMUNOGLOBULIN M, DIAGNOSIS REAGENT, AND DIAGNOSIS METHOD

PURPOSE: An enzyme immuno assay of malaria by detecting malaria specific immunoglobulin M, a diagnosis reagent, and a diagnosis method are provided, thereby the infection of malaria can be easily diagnosed. CONSTITUTION: The enzyme immuno assay of malaria comprises the steps of: fixing anti-human immunoglobulin M(IgM) antibody on the supporter; treating the antibody-coated supporter with serum or blood plasma to bind IgM with the antibody; adding a mark antigen conjugator to react it with the fixed IgM; and analyzing the infection of malaria using the mark antigen conjugator bound with IgM, in which the antigen of mark antigen conjugator, i.e. malaria diagnosis reagent is the whole or part of c-terminal region of merozoite surface protein in Plasmodium vivax.
