PURPOSE: Provided is a ventilating cast with a sweat(shock) absorption layer which enables ventilation in a cast state so that it prevents some skin side effects like prickly heat, itching or so on. CONSTITUTION: The ventilating cast with the sweat(shock) absorption layer is composed of a ventilating cast(4), a sweat absorption layer(1), a ventilating hole(2) to be changed into a form as wanted and a fixed wheel(3). In administration, the sweat absorption layer is touched into a skin and the fixed wheel is adhered to the external side of an opposite cast to fix enough for raising the degree of contact of the fixed wheel to the curve of a body.
