PURPOSE: A portable sewage and wastewater treatment apparatus is provided to reduce installation space, make it possible to move the apparatus to another place and minimize maintenance cost by simplifying its structure. CONSTITUTION: A flow control tank(2) equipped with a drainage pump(21) and a drainage pipe(22) stores sewage and wastewater flown from a movable case(1). A filtration tank(3) is equipped with a diffuser(31) at the bottom and a membrane filter(32) on the diffuser(31), which filters the sewage and wastewater flown from the flow control tank(2) via the drainage pipe(22). A discharge pump(4) discharges water purified by the membrane filter(32) to outside of the filtration tank(3).
