Cutaneous isolation garment for isothermal keeping

The insulated one-piece garment to lie against the patient's skin has sliding clasp fasteners (1.4,1.6) as the closures. The garment fabric has three layers. The outer layer is impermeable. The center layer of the sandwich is an anti-bacterial foam with a pore size of ≤ 0.3 mu m, bonded to the outer layer by quilting stitches to give an air filter action and retain the scales from the patient's skin. The inner layer is formed with a cladded yarn of cotton with a polyester coating, held together by a diagonal of cotton and polyester at the edges to prevent perforation and increase the filtration. The garment covers the patient from head to foot, in a T-shape for the body and the arms and an opening for the neck, with two sliding clasp fasteners (1.4) along the arms. The cuffs are closed by press buttons (1.5) to seal them. The body of the garment is sealed by sliding clasp fasteners (1.6) from the neck to the feet, along the legs, and the ankles are sealed by inner press buttons (1.7) at the ends of the fasteners. A hood is fitted at the neck by press buttons, in a pocket structure which can hold the garment when it is rolled up and not in use, fitted with a center handle. The garment can be in a number of sizes, and laid out flat for the patient to be laid on it for dressing.
