SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR REFILLING SMALL SUM PAYMENT CARD

PURPOSE: A system and method for refilling a small sum payment card is provided to reduce a risk of losing a card, and to conveniently use the card by automatically refilling a use limit of the card suitable for small sum payment in case of a general and an electronic commerce. CONSTITUTION: A small sum card(11) provides information on a person. A use limit of the small sum card(11) is refilled from an installed account to a payment account. A card issuing company server(12) refills the limited amount of money set to the payment account of the small sum card(11) within a determined period. A member database(13) stores limited amount of money and execution period for refill by membership cards. The server(12) is connected with a payment bank server(15) which performs an account transfer at the request of an issuing company, a van system(17) which receives selling items from a card reader(16) by membership cards and an electronic identification server(19) which receives payment information by membership cards using a web shopping mall(17) which a web server(18) provides.
