PURPOSE: A device for supporting a food delivery case is provided to prevent a food from spilling out or mixing by keeping the balance of the food delivery case using a magnet and to protect a deliveryman from an accident. CONSTITUTION: A food delivery case supporting device comprises a support member(2) of which lower end is fixed on a carrier(1) of a motorcycle and installed in a vertical stance, a carriage box(4) receiving a delivery case(3) while being hung on the upper portion of the carrier, a connecting member(5) combined to the upper portion of the carrier to support the delivery case in the air, and a balance member combined to the connecting member to keep the balance of the delivery case by moving the delivery case. Since both permanent magnet of a core and another permanent magnet of a holder have the N polarity, a repulsive force is generated. Thus, the core is kept in balance in the center of a space. Therefore, the food in the delivery case is prevented from spilling or tilting.
