PURPOSE: To improve the circulation efficiency of air flow in a disk housing chamber and dust collection efficiency and to make the spring force of a shutter spring smaller. CONSTITUTION: A sprig housing chamber 81 which is partitioned by upper and lower barriers 29 and 30 of upper and lower halves 22 and 23 and is made separate and independent is formed on the outer side of the disk housing chamber 31 within a cartridge body 24. An opening and closing arm part 40 of a shutter 35 is turnably derived in a closing direction by a torsional coil spring 82 assembled into the spring housing chamber 81.
