PURPOSE: An apparatus for installing a panel of an electronic display board is provided to simplify the maintenance of the electronic display board, to improve the convenience of handling of the panel, and to easily assemble the panel with a chassis of the electronic display board. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for installing panels of an electronic display board is comprised of a frame(12) mounted with several pixels; a panel(11) detachably coupled to the rear surface of the frame; a rectangular chassis(21) for successively mounting the frame; a guide device provided in the panel and the chassis for allowing the panel to be accurately assembled to a predetermined position of the chassis; and a cable for electrically connecting the panels fixed to the chassis. The panel has a driving part(15) formed with grippers on both sides. The chassis has a vertical member(22) having a width same with a width of the frame. Since each panel is independently fastened to the vertical member of the chassis, only corresponding panel is separated from the chassis in the case of the exchange of the panel. Thereby, the maintenance and repair work of the electronic display board is simplified. Also, the handling of the panel is facilitated due to the grippers provided in the panel.
