PURPOSE: A device for inspecting parts is provided to improve an inspection rate by simplifying a structure. CONSTITUTION: An imaging unit(5) is arranged in front of an inspection object and images the inspection object. An illumination unit(6) is settled surrounding the imaging unit(5) and illuminates the inspection object. An optical system(20) reflects the inspection object illuminated by the illumination unit(6) and transmits the inspection object to the imaging unit(5). The optical system(20) includes a reflection mirror(21) which reflects the inspection object, and a reflection body(22) which re-reflects the inspection object reflected from the reflection mirror(21) and transmits the inspection object to the imaging unit(5).
