METHOD FOR MANAGING FILE OF RECORDING DIGITAL STREAM

PURPOSE: A managing method for a file of a recording digital stream is provided to output a message about impossibility of reproducing or an error in reproducing through detecting a file name and a file directory of a data file. CONSTITUTION: In a mounted state of a DVD in an optical disk player, a reproducing command is received from a user. A file name and a file directory of a demanded file are checked. In case of difference in the file names, a message about impossibility of reproduction by difference in the file names is outputted. In case of difference in the file directories, a message about impossibility of reproduction by difference in the file directories is outputted. In case of identification of the file name and the file directory, the demanded file is reproduced.
