SLOPED PIPE-TYPE SETTLEMENT APPARATUS FOR SEDIMENTATION BASIN

PURPOSE: A sloped pipe-type settlement apparatus for a sedimentation basin is provided to prevent turbulence, simplify field work and resolve drooping or damage during installation and operation by using pre-assembled honeycomb-type sloping pipe with rigid structure. CONSTITUTION: A sedimentation basin is rectangular parallelepiped, with top opened. A Y-shaped template joint(20) has three flanges(21) in three directions in "Y" form. A joint bar(30) is fixed to each end of the flanges(21) of the Y-shaped template joint(20). The Y-shaped template joint(20) and the joint bar(30) are joined continuously to form a honeycomb-type sloping pipe, so that sedimentation of sludge is facilitated.
