PURPOSE: A system for recording the contents of telephone conversation is provided to convert call contents into a digital signal through a call contents management server, to store it in the form of a computer file, and to confirm the stored contents of telephone conversation through Internet. CONSTITUTION: A system for recording the contents of telephone conversation is composed of telephone devices(10,20) and a call contents management server(40). Two users(100,200) use their respective telephone devices(10,20) to connect with a PSTN(30) for telephone conversation. The call contents management server(40), connected to the PSTN(30), records the call contents between the users(100,200), converts the data into a digital signal and generates a call contents file to store the signal in the form of a computer file. The call contents management server(40) transfers information messages, necessary for the users(100,200) in the process of executing the recording of call contents, to them. Also the call contents management server(40) stores and manages the call contents file in a database(45). The call contents management server(40) is connected to Internet(50) so that a client(300) who recorded call contents through an Internet web site can download the call contents.
