PURPOSE: A rubber composition for the under tread of a tire is provided, to improve the crack resistance, the heat resistance and the stability without the deterioration of durability. CONSTITUTION: The rubber composition comprises the rubber blend which comprises a natural rubber and a butadiene rubber in the ratio of 80:20 - 100:0; 40-70 phr of carbon black with the iodine number of 30-90 mg/g and the dibutylphthalate absorptivity of 70-105 cm3/100g; 0.5-5 phr of aryl/alkyl zinc soap complex; and 0.5-2 phr of zinc 2-meraptotoluimidazole and BLE (a condensate of alkylphenol-based diphenylamide and acetone) whose ratio is 1:1 - 1:3. The rubber composition is coated to an under tread by the thickness of 0.6-2.0 mm. |
