PURPOSE: Provided is a bicycle health instrument which is simultaneously used for bicycle or health instrument to improve health so that it increases the use frequency of the bicycle. CONSTITUTION: The bicycle health instrument is characterized by being fabricated from strong iron, stainless or so on and adhered to iron at both sides supporting gap between axes that supports an axis and a pedal of a rear wheel in the bicycle. Therefore, the bicycle health instrument is used as the bicycle for hiking or work at the outside and as the health instrument in the inside by binding.
