摘要 PURPOSE: A tap for compressed or liquefied gases is provided to increase the charging velocity of gas by injecting liquid gas fuel into a gas tank promptly through an opening regardless of the pressure and level of the liquid gas fuel and then isolating the opening with a charging level detector if the gas tank is full up with the liquid gas. CONSTITUTION: A flux valve(86) and a sealing packing(84) are descended lower than each opening(82,83), and the openings are kept open if a gas tank is not full. A part of gas fuel flows to a level control valve(91) through a path(88) in the flux valve and a path on a disk(89). The level control valve is lifted by a cam(94) with compressing a spring(90). The gas fuel is injected into a gas tank through a path(97) between a nut(96) and the level control valve. Herein, the disk is mounted to smoothen the rotation of the cam when the pressure of the gas fuel pressurizes the level control valve directly. A float(95) starts to rise up as the water surface of the liquid gas rises up by the high-pressure gas fuel injected into the gas tank. The cam is rotated clockwise centering on a rotatable shaft(93), and the highest portion of the cam is contacted with the level control valve to descend the level control valve slowly. When the level control valve is descended completely, a valve seat is sealed by the packing. The gas fuel is no longer supplied into the gas tank through the path(97). In addition, the gas fuel is not supplied to the gas tank through the openings isolated by the flux valve. Therefore, the gas tank is prevented from being overcharged with the gas fuel.
